My reservation wasn't honored when I got to the house. I had booked for a month stay through this website ,was confirmed, and paid for it but My room wasn't available. The host had another idea to rent out the room to someone else who was willing to rent 2 rooms. I was told to leave the next morning. The house was cold, no heat and was told not to open any windows due to heat loss. On top of it all, wasn't allowed to wash my coffee cup because the host didn't like me to use any water. I didn't even had a chance to take a shower because The emotionally unstable, hysterical host was being so rude screaming and yelling for no reason ! The host told me she was on Airbnb before but Airbnb deleted her account and is no longer ,,, no wonder!!! The host should not be on this site either as host,, she doesn't qualify to be,,
Now all I want is my money back,,, I request a full refund as the hold told me I would from "homestyin",, please contact me at minkogo888@gmail.com, or 7143804462 asap... my reservation was for Feb. 4 - March 6,, I had leave the house on the morning of Feb. 5,,,,
