The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 WCs. It is in a quiet area and the room overlooks gardens. The room has a kettle, fridge microwave and TV. Full use of the kitchen is permitted. We have been hosting guests for many years and we are welcoming and friendly though do not intrude. Our house is 15minutes walk from the centre of town and sea front. There are many buses nearby and we live 2 minutes walk from a station. We both work from home. An elderly cat called Molly is in residence.

Nice room with a confortable bed, big desk, tv and kettle. The room is near your host's room so you have to be quite in the late evening, of course. Overall, a nice place where to study or to stay during your journey.
