We are situated north of the city in a quiet cul-de-sac, we have farm land and forest within walking distance. The bus service is frequent every 10 min into the city center. We have a variety of shops including a 24 supermarket within 10 min walking distance.
Universities and colleges are close by.
We can walk 2km into Stamer park and onto the hills or South Downs. The golf course is 2km walk away with spectacular views over Brighton. Sussex university is 3.5km walk as some students we have hosted liked to walk or cycle.
