The fee includes healthy meals, laundry facilities, parking, and many little perks - trips to the mountains, family board game nights, community lake privileges. Easy access to bus and C-train - 30 minutes to University of Calgary; 40 minutes to SAIT; 40 minutes to downtown.. We are convenient to shopping, movie theatres, restaurants, doctors’ offices, etc ? about a 25-minute walk.

Our home is located in a quiet Northwest neighborhood with “lake privileges.” The lake offers beach swimming/boating/fishing in the summer and skating, as well as ice fishing in the winter. We are convenient to shopping, movie theatres, restaurants, doctors’ offices, etc ? about a 25-minute walk. The university is about 35 minutes (10 minutes on the bus and 20 minutes on C-train) and SAIT is about 45 minutes on transit. We are also a 5-minute walk to lovely walking trail around some ponds ? great for bird watching and occasional wildlife sightings.
