we allow smoking outside always under the sheltered balcony, we definate do not tolerate loud music or parties, and we do not have pets, but are thinking of getting 1 rabbit which will be confined in its caged hutch away in the garden from our seating outside, no partners are permitted to sleep overnight, and any visitors must be minimal to 2 at a time and must leave the premises by 7pm.
