This beautiful historic house is right in the middle of town, in Fayetteville New York. You can walk to Starbucks, or restaurants, or shops, and take the bus right out front to get to most any point in Central New York, including Carrier Dome for Syracuse University sports events. The house is filled with Fine Art, has a grand piano for music, an art studio for lessons, 12 finches for song and music, and large windows for lots of lovely sunlight. We feature 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, so there is plenty of room for everyone. Your hosts are international travelers fluent in 4 languages, who know the challenges of being an international student. English tutoring and art lessons are available as are organic (GMO free) meals as you wish.

Our historic house is located in the Village of Fayetteville, a short walk to shops and restaurants, a short drive to area colleges, parks, business districts and skiing facilities. Located in Central New York, where highlights include Syracuse University and Lemoyne college; Green Lakes State Park, the Stickley Museum Library, the Finger Lakes and Great Lakes with all of their outdoor activities are a short drive away, we are in the midst of farm lands, art centers, Syracuse Stage and Landmark Theater are nearby, a burgeoning downtown is a car or bus ride away. Fishing and Skiing is found everywhere nearby, as are sports, gyms, shopping, hiking, and community events.
