Ground floor flat located located in beautiful East Dulwich has 2 bedrooms one of which will be yours during your stay, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet which is shared, a living room and a kitchen which is shared. I have one caring, friendly, charming 9 year old Son, we enjoy socializing and doing fun activities. We hope you can join us and be our guest.
Guest MUST close the front door using the key when going out and upon arrival guest MUST close the front door using the lock.
- Guests must remove shoes at the door before walking in.
- Guests must clean up after themselves and keep the room and entire flat tidy.
- Guests must turn off electricity and heating when leaving.
- Guests must at no time bring visitors to or into the flat.
- Guest must respect the flat and the tenants living in there.
- Guest must close all windows if opened before leaving the flat except kitchen window which can be left open or closed.
- Guest must not be a disturbance to the tenant or the neighbors.
- No illegal or sexual activity.
- NO SMOKING but guest can smoke outside the front door.
- Guest MUST NOT eat or drink in the Sofa.
- As this is a SELF-CATERING service guest MUST provide their own food.

A spacious single room with a comfortable mattress, basic furniture's but very nice. The room has a good size window which allows direct sunlight and a basic view of outside but nice. Small, cozy, clean and bright, very peaceful and quite. Guest will instantly feel comfortable and at home.
My flat is situated in a nice, quite neighborhood in Dulwich with lovely neighbors. Dulwich is referred to as posh because of its beautiful homes and working class people.
It is easy to get around to and from home, the flat has two train stations nearby within 5 min walk. Bus stops nearby, one within just 1 min walk from home depending on the direction you are going. Buses run frequently and there are also night buses.
The flat is in a very convenient location with a big Sainsburys Supermarket across the road, shops within walking distance, Domino's Pizza, Chicken and Chips shops, Rice And Peas Caribbean food shop library, laundry etc.
There are pubs, restaurants, other supermarkets and so much more just 5 - 10 minutes away. There is a local hospital nearby within walking distance or bus ride.
I would recommend Selina's home. Very caring, helpful ,considerate and lovely family. The home is small and nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. Selina is very tidy, always cleaning. I enjoyed my stay and was comfortable there.

Selina is a welcoming and friendly host. Everything matches announcement. Very clean apartment ,small but functional kitchen, bright room with a comfortable bed, wireless heating and hot water work well. Transport : 3 minutes walk to Sainsbury's market , Starbucks and bus stops (to Liverpool Station, Trafalgar Square) From Denmark Hill Station (three bus stops) direct trains to Victoria Station (10 minutes ) .
