My name is Natalie, I am a part-time author of children’s and fantasy books and work from home most of the time. My partner's name is Graeme. He is a supervisor in the electricity trade. We have been together for nearly 10 years, have no children but our three fur baby dogs and one cat. Our three small dogs are a Pomeranian, Maltese cross and Jack Russell and one cat, that are all people lovers. We love to open our home to others who are looking for a safe and clean environment, for them to also follow their dreams of study. We have had secondary college exchange students stay with us since 2016 and have really enjoyed the multi-cultural conversations and friends we have made. So much space available, you will feel like you are renting your own place. We are seeking friendly and tidy, reliable students. Ideally, you would be a considerate and independent person. Not only is this well presented modern home large, it is also extremely spacious with generous open plan living spaces. A homey, cheery sunlit environment that you will look forward to coming home to. With numerous parks and places around for study, coffee catch ups with friends or shopping. Located in Berwick Victoria (near Eden Rise), close to local shops, and walking tracks & 1-minute walk to public transport (BUS & Train) and safe parking in a quiet street.
