- I live in a 40 Sqm studio flat, but for my and your privacy I built a sound proof separation wall for this purpose, to be able to host indeed. It perfectly splits the whole place into two separated sleeping quarters, providing independence both from an acoustic and visual standpoint. NB: The apartment is basically still one living space where all the functions meet. A lounge area, home office, dining room and kitchen, all in one. Even so, it’s far from being a chaotic space. All these functions are nicely delimitated. Definitely not suitable for a couple looking for an intimate romantic gateway. Recomended for solo travelers or two friends who don't mind sharing a very confortable click clack sofa bed, 200 X 160 cm. I'm sorry this is as far as I can take you. To make it perfectly clear for you, it's a little bit like if you lived in my living room, even though it does not really seem that way because your bedding area will be screened by a separe [an unfolding Chinese-like screen] that creates an access corridor to the kitchen and the bathroom. Aside from that, the apartment is also cleverly furnished and decorated. It has many hidden secrets and lots of clever solutions have been found for storage in particular.

- I'll leave you a set of keys but please keep the noise down if you come home late. Travelers come and go, but I have to live here and I want to be on good terms with the neighbors, laying low, causing the least nuisance.
- Because it's an open plan living/eating space guests need to avoid cooking fish or other strong smelling foods such as curries.
- Please, send a short note along with your booking request that shows you read the listing and my personal profile as well as some of my reviews and the house rules.
