CLOSE to Rutgers University - only 10 minutes by car to New Brunswick campus / 12 - 13 minutes to Piscataway campus.
....................A very nice private bedroom, 11 feet by 12 feet size, fully furnished with single bed, large desk with drawers and shelves. TWO Large chests of drawers for your clothes, plus one tall bookshelf and an additional smaller chest of drawers. New TV. WiFi internet, and a printer. 2 sunny windows. Quiet, safe pretty suburb neighborhood. Major grocery store and fast-food restaurants are close by, 15 -minute walk, but you should have a car to get around this suburb. Major train station is 10 minutes away by car. Major bus station is 10 minutes away by car. Local bus service is very limited. .........MODERN fully furnished home. Bathroom in hallway is primarily for you use! We have all the sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, dishes and pots and pans for your use. SHARE kitchen, and you clean up after yourself. We have 3 small dogs and often watch one or two other small dogs in our home. No additional pets, please. (we have NO cats) Renting for 1 college student; move in date usually between August 1st and September 1st. You will pay for ONE THIRD of the water, gas and the electric (the electric bill is greatly reduced due to our Solar Panels). At this time the rent is $620 per month. Water, gas, electric share - - your portion is payable on or before the date each bill is due. ..........Full use of kitchen, and you have your own full size refrigerator (which we sometimes share) and you keep your food items separate either in the refrigerator or on the shelves in your bedroom.
