The Cozy Oasis

The Apartment has 4 rooms with 2 bathrooms, one is in my room. The other bathroom is for my guest to share. I will keep everything nice and clean and provide cleaning supply. The building has many amenities such as a fully equip gym, lounging room with a pool table, and air hockey table. There is a roof top for lounging and BBQ's. I will e here to help you get around the city and I'm very informative about everything New York has to offer. From places to visit to day to day needs. My son is 12 years old and he is very nice and respectful. Im sure we all be very comfortable until our season of knowing each other is over.
