We, Nat and Pete live in this apartment with our little cockapoo puppy, Lily. The guest will be sharing the apartment with us during the stay. The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator. We can offer the guest some advice on living in NYC, where to go and what to do in your free time. The apartment is located in a brownstone building in the West Village, where there are a lot of restaurants around with 5 minutes walking distance to Washington Square Park and 10 min train ride to Time Square. Your bedroom is on the loft of the apartment with no door, but there is enough privacy. There are 2 rooms on the loft, so you might have to share the loft space with other guest. 2 rooms are connected and guest has to walk past the first loft room to go to the other one. There is a room divider to give some privacy to the first loft room
