We’re a family of 3: Giovanni, my Japanese wife and our cat. The house is located in the green and peaceful Monteluce of Perugia area, just outside the historical center, about a 10 min. walk from the main square and 7-8 min. from the Foreigners’ university; it's also conveniently close to public transportation, cafes, supermarket. The house is modern and light-filled, with a nice terrace. The room is comfortable, stylishly furnished, a study desk, large closet and with a private bathroom. A typical light Italian breakfast is included in the price as well as a home-cooked dinner.
