Our family would like to invite overseas students to stay with us whilst they are studying in Australia. We are a family of five; Parent and three children - three boys aged 13, 8 and 6. Our home is close to the city, only 20-25 minute drive to Melbourne CBD and close to all types of public transport including trains and buses. We are also a 30-minute train ride from Williams Landing to Flinders Street Station.
You would be living in a house situated in Alamanda, Point Cook and would have a lovely, single room complete with door lock & keys of your own that are bright with a built-in wardrobe, bedside table and desk. Our home has two bathrooms and three toilets. You are welcomed to use the living room, family lounge, upstairs rumpus room, the kitchenette where you would be able to make late night snacks. In addition, you can also make use of the Alamanda Club health facilities such as the tennis court, gym and swimming pool. Rental also includes breakfast, utilities, internet usage and laundry needs.
Schools that are close by include Alamanda K-9 College, Point Cook P-9 College, FeatherBrook P-9 College, Suzanne Cory high school as well as Emmanuel College.
