Our house is located in a residential area in the north of Quito. We have 2 rooms with a private bathroom each one. There is a study with TV, WIFI, sound system, and a tiny library. We also have a guest kitchen with fridge and stove so you can prepare your favorite plates and drinks. Laundry service once a week with an extra price.
The house has two gardens that are regularly visited by humming birds and other birds from the forest of the Italian embassy in front of our house.

Is not allowed to use any kind of drugs in the house, and also the room is for use exclusive of the guest. We prefere that not come back so late at night. (until 2h00 a.m.)

From our terrace enjoy the spectacular view of the snow covered peaks of Cayambe to the north and Cotopaxi to the south. In front of the house there is a park and the forest of the Italian embassy.
