The place has it all for the luxurious city lifestyle! Redmond center nearby offers attractive shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and a walking trail. It is one of the safest places to live in Washington state. The "Redmond Transit Center" is only two blocks away. Besides, if you want to explore neighboring cities, you can hop on an Express bus right in front of the building to go to Seattle, Bellevue, Shoreline, Bothell, Sammamish, UW district, etc.
Note: The remained payment balance must be paid off before the guest's arrival date (via direct deposit: Zelle, Venmo, etc.). Otherwise, the request will be canceled, and the homestay owner is not responsible for the deposit (15%) amount the guest paid on this website -The guest can make a refund request by themselves-.
The Homestay owner recently rejoined this program after traveling around several places for educational purposes. Currently pursuing two graduate programs and looking for the opportunity to share the site with someone pursuing education for their future.

Our home is in the Northern area of Washington, which is close to downtown Redmond's heart. The city is modern and offers convenient attractions (restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shopping stores, malls, etc.) all within walking distance or 5 minutes by driving. Not only is my place located near the Redmond TC (transit center), but having a bus stop right in front of the apartment building is one of the greatest features of living on this property. It can take you to various neighboring cities including Kirkland, Seattle, Bellevue, Shoreline, etc. It is one of the greatest locations to reach the most popular school districts in the state easily.

The host is super friendly and helpful. Everything is just perfect as described: the house is clean and well organized, you will have a big and quiet space for your stay. For me, the most valuable point during the stay is the location, it is a 5-min walking to the mall in Redmond downtown. I am able to take the bus to Seattle and Bellevue from the stop right downstairs of the homestay. Kitchen, refrigeration, TV, bed, microwave are all available. It is really comfortable and convenice for me to stay there. 10/10.
