My 2-bedroom 2-story condo has great views of the bay, the ocean, and downtown. You can walk to Little Italy, downtown, Hillcrest, the harbor, and Balboa Park. Which means you can walk to restaurants, shopping, the water, the museums, etc. It is only 1 1/2 miles from the airport. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away, and the train station is 1/2 mile.
