Rule No. 1 The house is always locked so keep it locked at all times. Rule No. 2 Be extra careful with our pets never allow them to go outside (they are house pets, they have never been in the streets and they will get lost) Rule No. 3 if you are going to use our elevator always lock the cats before, to avoid any accidents. Rule No. 4 Smoking is allowed inside and outside the house (Only tobbaco indoors) Rule No. 5 Keeping the noise levels civilized (specially during night weekdays and also in weekends mornings) Rule No. 6 You have to keep the house as you found it Rule No. 7 If you are going to arrive late please inform us Rule No. 8 If you are going to have a meeting it should be preferably on weekends because we all work and have to get up early on weekdays. Rule No. 9 Not overnight guests allowed. Rule No. 10 Any damages caused by you or your party will be charged Rule No. 11 The kitchen, fridge and the house common zones are free to use but remember to clean after yourself. (our fridge is smal so try to keep just the necesary amount of food for one week) Rule No. 12 No food leftovers are allowed to be in the rooms or the house common zones, remember we have pets and they can get sick for eating leftovers Rule No. 13 Our pets are part of the family so you have to be patient with them (ocasionally some potty accidents will happen please note this) Rule No. 14 Just behave like you will expect some guest behave in your parents house We haver pets and no other animals are allowed due to our dogs territorial behaviors we have 1 chihuahua and 1 pom that live inside the house 24 hrs/7 days, 1 friendly and senior pitbull that almost never goes inside and 3 cats that never go out (but they live in a secluded part of the house). Monday wednesday friday are cleaning days we will offer to clean your room charge free. You can use the laundry room just remmeber to clean and get the products you will use. Smoking is allowed (only tobbaco indoors). We have a beautiful terraza with WIFI, BBQ grill, bathrooms, screen & 720p projector, pool table and you can use it, our neighborhood is very safe and allows parties and meetings without too much noise so be smart about this privilege. Our personal home gym is also available the rules are like any other gym keep it tidy and avoid to drop weights, dumbbells & barbells
