-It's a new building (We've gonna lived in here from June 17th)
-It takes 2minutes by walk from 까치산station (line 2,5)
-We offer you air conditioner, bed, hanger, mirror ...extra
-You can use a kitchen on 2nd floor
-If you want to have a meal, you should pay extra fees(Korean food only, a meal for a month is 100,000won)
-It's really close from Kimpo airport and Incheon airport
-Free WiFi, Free water tax (but not for electricity, you should pay your own)
-We offer you blanket, kitchen tools but you should bring private supplies
-You can use a washing machine
-include breakfast
- we will introduce Korea:-)


Our family members are Mom, daughter, and son. And Mom can't speak English well but it will help you a lot while you learn Korean~ If you have any problem during your days in Korea, we will help you as we can~!!

Cost

Small room : 450,000won per month
Big room : 550,000won per month

*If you wanna use a big room with your friend(maximum 2people in a big room) it costs 350,000won per person
