A safe,comfortable family home offering two shared bathrooms (one of which is directly outside the bedroom, a family kitchen, two sunny living rooms and a huge backyard. We are a female family of four: two daughters, a mother and a grandmother.
We offer a fully functioning modern kitchen, equipped with new appliances as well as televisions with foxtel, dvd players, hairdryers, unlimited wifi and internet access.
Our home is a 15 minutes walk away from the station that offers regular services to the city and cbd, we are also surrounded by bus stops,the closest which is under 5 minutes by foot. Parking is always available directly outside the residence.
We are also within close proximity to two local libraries, a westfield, hospital and multiple parks.
A range of cafe's and restaurants surround our home as well as pharmacies and supermarkets.
The beach is a short drive away and offers a fantastic view from our balcony.
