It is a self standing flat, with private entrance at the third foor of a nice Liberty house builded up on the first years of last Century. The flat is composed by a living room with furnished kitchen corner, dining space, and relax area with a confortale sofa bed transformable in a double bed. A large smart TV and balcony completes the room.
The private bathroom is fully equipped with a large shower and washing machine,
The Bedroom offers a king size bed, and the possibility to trasform an armchair in an extra single bed sized 80x200. A desk, a second large smart Tv a wardrobe and a second balcony complets the room description.
The flat is therefore available for families up to 5 components, 2 friends couples.
