Maria di Leuca e nasce dalla ristrutturazione di antichi casolari che erano adibiti ad uso agricolo:stalle,pollai e piccole dimore che ospitavano, in estate, famiglie contadine che si trasferivano in campagna per raccogliere il tabacco e gestire e vivere da vicino la “terra”, unica fonte di guadagno per intere famiglie.
I casolari sono stati attentamente ristrutturati nel pieno rispetto dei materiali tipici del basso Salento.
