Our home is situated around the east of downtown. It is about 10 to 15 minutes drive to downtown and 25 minutes by public transportation. Less than 5 minutes by bus to Joyce Skytrain station and 20minutes by skytrain to downtown. It takes 5 minutes by bus to Metrotown Burnaby. There are several busses that takes you to Richmond and to the airport. There are various restaurants, banks, grocery stores, and parks nearby.
