This is a great place for those who really want more convenience, & places to visit during a short Mid-Term stay. There is a nearby large grocery store, a new multiplex movie theater, a new art museum, popular restaurants, coffee shops, & 2 Metro Stations (on the red line), just blocks away. Also next to one of the metro stations every Saturday, there's a Farmers Market from 9am -1pm, (during warmer seasons). It only takes 20 minutes to reach the Smithsonian Museums by metro, and you may also want to take a free tour at the largest Roman Catholic Church in the US, which is located just up the street from here.

Rules: * Scented candles, & incense are not allowed * Please also note that this location is non-smoking outside because small children live next door, which is very close to this house. * Rental License endorsement number, 5007242101000009 * Smoking & hookah smoking, is not allowed at all times anywhere in or on the property * In an effort to not disturb neighbors, I have a "no front porch use policy" after 10pm thru. 7am, but nobody hangs out on the front porch at night anyway * The full payment for the entire stay will be due in advance on the day of arrival plus the refundable security/damage deposit * Extensions must be requested in writing 30-60 days in advance if your room is not already pre-booked by another guest scheduled to arrive at a later date. * Make sure your bedroom door, & windows are locked when leaving out * Each time you leave out always lock both front doors * One guest or couples can reserve one room at the time of booking before arrival but no additional guests are authorized afterwards. * Please have your Passport &/or US Government issued ID ready on arrival * The backyard is not available due to improvements in progress * Please send messages via this website's thread first, if you have any questions or concerns * Please do not arrive earlier than scheduled, which means - do not arrive before 3pm. * No pets

This room is separated from the rest of the house, & is located on the upper level, which is also a separate entrance. It is more like a motel due to not having access to common areas, which are normally part of a typical shared house.There’s another unit on the lower level with its own entrance in use. You'll notice that it comes with its own kitchenett including a mini-fridge with a bigger freezer than most mini-freezers. This allows you to have more storage space. It also comes with a shared bathroom (shower only), also located on the upper level. This location is non-smoking at all times inside & outside because small children live next door.
