Clean, relaxing, comfortable private bedroom & living room in family-friendly Park Slope. Wi-fi connection throughout & access to printer.Guests will have access to the living room, kitchen, and bathroom (all shared). please bring a small lock for your room. It's a sliding door with space for a lock to close from outside.

Prospect Park, 500 acres of green space designed by the same two landscape architects of Central Park, is right across the street. Enjoy a morning trail walk or an exhilarating run around the park loop.
Comfortable bed - The mattress, sheets, and pillows are all new! Everything is hypoallergenic. So rest assured you will get a good night sleep.

The private bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, sleeps two, with fresh linens and both a closet and dresser to unpack. Two small night stands are near your bed as well. I provide clean sheets, towels, and soap for your use.

On top of the dresser sits a TV. Currently it has a broadcast antenna attached and upon request I can install a firestick converting it into a Smart TV with some cable channels, netflix and prime videos.

The living room has a desk, decorative fireplace (moveable), a closet and a couch (3rd person can sleep here). An air mattress may also be arranged. please make the request and a nominal fee may apply.

Fine to use the kitchen. Please be a good housemate and clean up after yourself.

2 Laundromats are really close. 1 down the block and the other across the street. Can get you info on pick up or drop off if needed.

Free WIFI is accessible in the entire apartment.

My bedroom is in front of the apartment. So our bedrooms are nowhere near each other and is quite semi-private. My roommates in the past have stated it's like almost a private 1 bedroom.

Let me know what kind of host you wish to be. I can be both social and enjoy quite solitude at times. An ambivert of sorts.

I do love music which I can play in living room or my own room ( you wont hear my room) however please be considerate of my neighbors. Ask me if you wish to use the Living room radio which can be quite loud for certain sound levels. daytime can be around 10-12 and night between 5-7.

Guests booking in NYC must pay sales tax & Hotel/Short term occupancy fee because it's the law. This can be added to total & maybe paid before or/at time of arrival. Electronic payment or other arrangements can be made.
