We mainly accept female guest's only and on occasion a male guest if room 7 or 8 is available. We do not offer meals as there is a kitchen provides and fully equipped with all dishes and cooking items.

We accept Clean, Quiet, respectful travelers. We are best suited for students attending the local university SFU. We do not accept pets, smokers. We also ask our guest to please refrain from bringing, using products that contain fragrances such as perfumes, colognes and fragrances body products as the host is allergic. Quiet is from 10:00 pm please be very quiet if entering or exiting the home from 10 pm to 8 am. Please do not use the kitchen between 9 pm- 7 am Shower times in effect and given on arrival.
