The house is quiet, bedroom and living room are with an abundant of natural light, and there are trees with squirrels and birds around the house. It's pleasant. It has been a very pleasant stay at Jimmy's(Host) place. I got reference and feedback for this place from my friend who stayed here in past. I must say it has exceeded all my expectations in terms of cleanliness, safety, accessibility and cooperative host.

This house is right in center of beautiful townhouses community in Don Mills area. TTC bus stop and shopping plaza are very accessible at 2 mins walking distance and Don Mills subway station is at about 10-12 mins walking distance or you can take a bus from right outside.

I booked this place for 2 months single occupancy stay but considering all the aspects and friendly cooperative host, i am planning to extend my stay for 1 more month along with my spouse in double occupancy room.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for stay in North York/Don Mills area!

I remember, we had a video chat when I was in Germany and at that very moment I got great positive vibes from you and I made up my mind and booked your room from Germany. And you were kind enough to accept the booking even from a foreign country.

I highly recommend Mr. Jigme's homestay. He is a very gracious host who takes care of his guests just as his own family memebers. He goes out of his way to make guests comfortable in this new area. The living space is very hygienic and clean, and other facilities like internet and laundry services are very functionable. The area is very vivant, safe and near to a lot of ammenities. There are a lot of part-time opportunities nearby for students.

This homestay really is like home. I have been living here for more than a month. Mr Jigme is the best host I can think of, he guided us for everything. The place has a mall just 5-7 mins walk, Don mills subway station is right next to it. We have a shopping complex just across the street, walking distance to No frills as well. He provided us with all of the utilities included in the rent only. Apart from that, he has always done extra for us just to make us feel comfortable in a new country. The best choice is to stay with him.

This place is really awesome and benefit of staying in this house is it has easy access to my college that is Seneca college and various places for grocery shopping. This place has several perks such as access to self cooking kitchen usage of stove & fridge, high speed internet, laundry-dryer, backyard open garden for resting which are included in the afforadable rent. Landlord is really friendly and caring which is a plus point for an international student like me. Hence, it feels homely here. Recommend for other too

I had booked the room from India as I was travelling for the first time to Canada and had a lot of doubts and reservations. But all of it vanished quickly , as soon as Jigme(host) called me and assured me of everything.

Jigme is a very gracious host and takes care his guests really well. He is very good to talk to and will go out of his way to make your stay as easy as possible.
The location is excellent with all the amenities in the vicinity. The house is very well maintained with all the comforts one would want.

I had booked the room for 2 weeks, but planning to extend my stay for sure.

I was staying in this house for the past 7 months where it is a very good place to stay. I really like the place as it is safe and the accessibilty to stores are very good including the transportations. I feel homely in this place as the Host is very kind and helpful and reliable too. I am still saying here and am planning to stay here as long as Host allow.
