The room has a private entrance/exit that opens up to a covered patio with outside tv, built in BBQ and sitting area. The yard is fenced in with a pergola and 2 dining tables and a sitting area with a fire pit. The guest has full access to everything outside. Inside there is a semi private newly remodeled bath primarily for the guest but also available to any visitors. In addition the guest has access to the living room, the kitchen and the laundry room. There is a 10 speed bicycle available to the guest for an additional charge of $3.00/day or $50.00/month.

My home is in a nice family community. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, a shopping mall, 24 hr fitness gym, a cinema, bowling alley, post office, bus stops and a park with outside tennis courts, basketball courts and a public pool that is open during the summer months. It is a 5-10 minute drive to 2 local colleges, Long Beach City college and Cal State Long Beach, several churches and a hospital. 今後の人の?に敢えてレビュ?します。
今回、今までの人生の中で最低、最?なホ?ムステイになりました。前もってフライトの時間等を?えていたのにも?わらず、到着?日空港に着くと家にいないと思うとテキストがありました。アメリカに着いたばかりで空港でしかWiFi が使えずとにかくシャトルバスで現地に使うしかありませんでした。そんな感じから始まり1か月の?在中、一度も一?に食事したことは無く、?食、夕食はずっとベッドの上でまるで入院生活のよう。彼女は私に?いたくないのか、あまり顔を見せずに自分の部屋にこもり1日1回も顔を合わさない日も少なくありませんでした。言い方は常に威?的で小さなミスを指摘され何度も文句言われました。それでも謝りながらなるべくコミュニケ?ションをとるように心掛けましたが、彼女から何か心配されたり、生活面や食事の面など大丈夫？との?は一度も聞かれません
でした。洗濯機も鍵をかけてあり好きな時には使えず、洗濯物を?きこまれて少ないと指摘され嫌な顔をされながらやらなければいけなかった。私が家を出る前の日になぜか部屋のクリ?ニングを入れるからと3時から家にいないで欲しいと言われ、最後の夜でさえ一度も顔を合わせる事がありませんでした。家を出る日ももちろん彼女は部屋にこもったままで、私は次のホストの迎えを待っていると彼女からこの家を何時に出るつもりだ？出るときにはノックをして?をかけてとテキストがきた、同じ家にいるのにも?わらず！私は2:00-3:30の間に迎えに?ると思う。もっとコミュニケ?ションを取りたかったと返信しました。すると、2:15過ぎたら出かけなくてはいけないからその後出るなら鍵をポストに入れておいて！とまた返信が…1週間ほど前にはその日は何も予定がないから何時に家を出てもいいと言われていたのに…
書いた事はほんの一部で、これ以上に色?ありましたが書ききれないので。
最初から最後まで本?に嫌な思いでせっかくアメリカ?在を?しみにしていたのにとても?念、台無しにされた?分です。こんな意地?な事をされたのも生まれて初めてです。最後に鍵をテ?ブルに置き、彼女の部屋をノックして今出ますと?えました。すると彼女は犬を抱き外に出てきて車に?り?んだ私に笑顔で手を振っているのです。本?に恐ろしい光景でした！
部屋の中には過去のホ?ムステイをした人?のコメントが書いた本があり、それを?むとみんなとても良くしてもらったと書いてあります。なぜ私だけ？日本人だから？もし、嫌なら最初から受け入れなければいいのに、私にはそれを理解する事ができません。
これを見た日本人の人にはこの現?を?えたいと思いました、?をつけて下さい。
