Welcoming, large, close to schools

Hello! Our family is excited to welcome someone to stay with us! We have 3 children, ages 11, 9 and 7. We love to go hiking, biking and play games as a family. We have housed international students for the past 3 years and have really enjoyed it. You'll find our family warm and friendly. We live in Langley, close to parks and schools. Your bedroom is downstairs with bathroom next to it. All the other bedrooms in the house are located on the top level so you should have privacy and less noise when you need it! If you would like we would love to show you around the area!

This large clean room included a double bed, desk, chair, dresser and closet for your personal use. All of the furniture is new and in good condition. We also can provide linens. You'll love the warm carpet in the room too! The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs, so you will find quiet and personal space when you want it.
Your bathroom is located just outside of your bedroom. It has a large shower/tub combination as well as under the sink storage for any personal items.
There is a recreation room downstairs with a T.V. that you are welcome to use!
