London SE Nunhead

2x double room with twin bed if you want that could be removed or add I live in Nunhead SE London a really family area the crime rate is next to none I have heard of 1 crime problem in 5 years
I have lived there for 20yrs and I can tell you It’s the best area to live. It’s a up and coming yuppie area.
The shops are across the road fish and chip shop, cafe, hairdresser, the bus stop is 2min walk and to the 4 train station you can easily get to Forest Hill, New Cross, Brockley, Honor Oak and not forgetting Peckham Rye, the bus 343 from my house goes to London Bridge 484 to Camberwell Denmark Hill Train station P12 to Honor Oak, Lots of nice restaurant and a gym and park area is really lovely I live in Zone 2
