Arrivals The room will be ready after midday on the day of your arrival. If you need the room before midday, please contact us. Alarm You will be provided with a key fob to turn the alarm on and off when you enter/leave the house. To arm the alarm, open the door, press the button with the padlock, close the door and lock the door with the key. If you come back and the alarm is on, press the unlock padlock button. The alarm will be switched on overnight on the home setting once we have gone to bed. If you come in later, you will need to switch the alarm off when you enter using the unlock padlock button. Then you will need to switch it back on to the home setting once you close the door. The home setting is the biggest button on the key fob. (See Key/Key fob for more information). Bathroom Please ensure that when taking a shower the window is open or the fan is switched on. Please remember to switch the fan off when not in use. Guests are not permitted to use the family bathroom. Bedding Bedding will be changed weekly. Broadband Free Broadband is provided. The wifi name is www and the password is c@z3n0v311 Cleaning The rooms will be cleaned every two weeks. If you would like the room cleaned more frequently this will be charged at ￡5.00 per clean. Departures You will need to vacate the room by 11am on the day of your departure. If you need to leave any later please let us know ASAP. Key and Key Fob You will be provided with keys to the house and a key fob to switch the alarm on and off. If you lose these items you will be billed for ￡200 to pay for replacements. Kitchen You may use the kitchen facilities to make your own food/drinks at any time. Meals Meals can be provided at a small cost. Breakfast = ￡3.50, Lunch = ￡3.50 and Dinner = ￡5. Noise Please appreciate that 11 Cazenove Road is a family home. We request that you keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 6am. Overnight guests Overnight guests (for example partners/relatives) must be agreed in advance. Guests will be charged ￡10 per person, per night. Payment Unless otherwise agreed: For stays of up to four weeks, you will be required to pay the full amount in cash in advance. For stays over four weeks, you will be required to pay up to a four week deposit (agreed with host) and then either weekly or monthly in cash and in advance dependent upon your total length of stay. This will be discussed and agreed prior to your arrival. Payments for any damage to fixtures and fittings will be deducted from your deposit. You will also be required to give 4 week’s notice if you wish to leave, otherwise this will be deducted from your deposit. An invoice and a receipt will be provided for all payments. Printing A black and white printer is available to use. Printing will be charged at 5p per A4 side. Smoking Smoking is not permitted anywhere in this accommodation. Television The television has been provided as a courtesy and is not part of the room rate. Please ensure that it is switched off when not in use and not left in standby mode. Towels Towels will be changed weekly. Visitors Visitors are not permitted to enter the accommodation. Washing Machine This will be charged at ￡5 per load.
