i am happy to show you how to use the washing machine to wash your own clothes.
I'm happy to share my home with students that study full time or study and work or on a working holiday. I do not want someone here that doesn't study or work.
I am a mum of two boys 26 yrs and 9yrs, i work. i run a business and lead a very busy lifestyle so i expect whom ever is staying in my home to either be a student or here on a working. visa with a job. I don't feel comfortable with someone here all day everyday that isn't studying. I am extremely busy so a lot of the time you will have the house to yourself or if there is another student staying it will be the two or 3 of you together. we tend to go away on some weekends and I am happy to offer some meals if there is extra to offer. we are very happy and friendly people. I am not strict but do like to feel you are helping with at least your own laundry and dishes etc. I do have a cleaner that comes out weekly to do the floors and bathrooms and living areas. your room is your responsibility, while you are staying here I am happy to help show you bus stops and train stations are and the local shops and shopping centres, which are all pretty close. happy to help where I can.

no parties, no smoking inside, no loud noise or music, must clean up after yourself in kitchen bedroom bathroom/toilet. will not accept bringing loads of friends over 1 or 2 at a time is ok but no sleep overs. if in a relationship no partners are to sleep over . you must cook for yourself and do your own dishes and laundry and buy your own food. I will not be supplying any food only a light breakfast, if I do cook dinner im happy to offer a plate. . you have internet included in the rent and access to the laundry keep room and house clean and tidy at all times

bus stop to city or stations is literally 2 min walk at the short end of our st on map and is close to highpoint shopping centre .
it takes 25 or so min to the city by transport .
bus leads straight to tottenham train station or the west footscray train station.
bus headed towards sunshine takes you to another local shopping centre which have villiage cinemas and health clubs swimming centre
there are so many local things to do and city is so close so its a bonus
closest beach is about a 25 min drive or about 35 min with transport
