Hello. I'm sure you will be delighted to be a part of our Homestay Family. At present my adult son resides at the home and my little companion Bella. We want you to enjoy your stay and feel safe with the security fitted to the home.This is a big home and there is plenty of room for all. Tenants have full use to general parts of the home eg lounge, kitchen, laundry, rumpus/study, music room fitted with baby grand Clavinova (only for music students/musicians) elfresco with BBQ. The location is quiet but still offers access to the M1 and to all major attractions. English is spoken in the home and skills are taught to those in need.

This is a harmonious, happy and fun home to live in. It is made available for the enjoyment of all. There is a small Maltese X Pom inside dog in residence. She will love you to death, however if you are allergic or do not like small dogs, then this is not the home for you. Prices quoted are for single occupancy. Any variation for couples or families must be discussed and prices negotiated. There is a baby grand Clavinova and portable keyboard. Only music students/musicians will have access to the music room. No pets allowed. Smoking, if permitted must be outside always, and long-term tenants who are smokers must provide own bed linen. Any wish to have a meal/s supplied must be stated and negotiated. Long term occupancy will share cleaning responsibilities. We have always had a "do not enter any other bedroom" policy. Should you wish to have a lock on your door, this will be at your expense - long term only. Kitchen, bathroom & toilet must be kept clean and tidy...as it was presented to you. Kitchen fridge is for food. Any large quantity of drinks etc must be kept in the bar fridge. Swearing & verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Please enjoy your stay.

Queen or double beds are available with bedside tables, built-in robes, ceiling fans, and timber blinds. Additional furniture eg desk, lamp/s table and/or chair/s can be supplied upon request. All bed linen is supplied for summer or winter. A separate fridge is set aside in the home for guests.
All windows in bedrooms are fitted with security screens. Plus security screens are fitted to all windows & doors to the entire home. You and your belongings are safe inside the home as long as each member of the household remembers to practice security measures.
