We ask require that our guests keep their living space clean and tidy at all times. No smoking is permitted inside or anywhere near the home. No cooking or food preparation is permitted in our kitchen. However, you may heat up your food in the microwave and use the toaster at breakfast time during regular meal times (Breakfast 6:30 am to 9:30 am, Lunch 12 pm to 1 pm, Dinner 5 pm to 7 pm). Complimentary light breakfast consists of two slices of toast or cereal and small beverage. Please do not eat or store any opened packages of food or beverages besides water in your room. You must eat and drink (except bottled water) in the kitchen. Our guests must either be attending school or working at jobs during the day. We do not permit our guests to sleep all day and stay out all night as we find this to be disruptive to our schedules. No overnight guests are permitted and you must speak to us first if you'd like to invite a friend over to our home. There are areas in our home which you are welcome to access at your leisure. We will show you those areas when you are here. Your comfort is important to us. :) Laundry facilities are available to students once a week who are staying with us for more than one week. Please do not wash your clothing in the washroom and please do not store wet towels or clothing in your bedroom. Please make sure the bathroom floor is dry at all times. This is for your safety and for the safety of any other student who is sharing the washroom with you. Please keep the lights out at night and any time you are not in the room/bathroom/hallway etc.
