It is a small bright room on the first floor. It has a single bed, desk, TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, drawers and a large mirrored closet. The bathroom is shared with one other room.

The whole house has been totally renovated in 2014, so the bathroom etc is new.

The house location is lovely, right across the street to Fisherman's Wharf, next to the Inner Harbor and a 10-15 minute walk into town. The ocean is a 3-5 minute walk from the house.

There is a bus stop across the street which takes you into downtown and to connections all over the City.

This is a large 15x11 ft room with a bay window, queen size bed, table and two chairs, mini refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a 32 inch flat screen cable TV and wireless internet.
Bathroom is shared only with another student and the entire house has been renovated.
Laundry is done every week and meals are included.
The house is near Fisherman's Wharf, the Inner Harbor, Ocean and Beacon Hill park, as well as downtown which can be reached by foot in 15-20 minutes, The Ocean within 5 minutes, Fisherman's Wharf 1 minuted and the inner harbor 4 minutes, all walking.
The house is on the peninsula of James Bay with water on 3 sides and the park on the 4th.
Lots of great walking, whale watching, shopping nearby in James Bay Village and a Bus stop across the street.
