When a guest makes a booking request for your accommodation, we will send you an e-mail/SMS to inform you.
You should make a decision to either confirm or decline the booking request within 3 days, based on the guest profile and the room availability. You may also need to exchange messages with the guest to discuss the details about the homestay accommodation and services.
If you do not decide within 3 days, the booking request will be automatically declined. And if such case occurs more than twice, your membership may be terminated.
