Homestay family member registers for free, and pays 15% of total booking amount (up to 3 months only) to www.homestayin.com as a commission for every confirmed booking.
www.homestayin.com receives the commission from the guest as in form of deposit, and the homestay family member will receive the remaining 85% from the guest upon arrival. homestay family member cannot ask the guest for another deposit in advance.
When a guest makes a booking request, you should either confirm or decline the request within 3 days. If you do not decide within 3 days, the booking request will be automatically declined.
When a guest makes a booking request for your accommodation, we will send you an e-mail/SMS to inform you.
